The event opened with a vibrant Welcome Ceremony and Cultural Night, "Karasikas: A Cultural Night to Remember," where delegates experienced the richness of Northern Samar's heritage through music, dance, and artistry. Over the following days, participants engaged in lectures and field visits in organic farming, climate-resilient agriculture, solid waste management, and value-added product innovation led by UEP faculty experts and industry professionals. Visits to sites such as the UEP Agri-Park, Horticulture Center, Center for Samar Studies, Materials Recovery Facility, Mushroom Production Center, Green Sky Garden, Bamboo Museum, UEP-DTI Shared Service Facility, Libas Multiplier Farm, Mapanas Blue Lagoon, Biri Rock Formations, and Capul Island deepened their appreciation for the region's agricultural diversity, natural beauty, and community resilience.

Collaborative workshops, solidarity group activities, and creative reflections fostered intercultural friendships and teamwork among participants from Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the USA, and the Philippines. Each day combined learning and cultural immersion—whether planting trees, developing climate-smart innovations, or presenting group outputs that showcased sustainable solutions for global agricultural challenges.

The program concluded with a Farewell and Closing Ceremony, where participants proudly donned their hoods and received certificates from UEP President Dr. Cherry I. Ultra, AAACU Executive Secretary Dr. Amado A. Angeles, and AAACU Technical Assistant Dr. Filma Calalo. As the delegates departed for their home countries, they carried with them not just knowledge, but lasting friendships and a shared mission to champion sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship across Asia and the world.

Indeed, SEP 2025 has grown more than minds—it has nurtured advocates for a greener, more connected future.
